Welcome to Quark Experience. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing the website www.quarkexperience.com and booking a service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

User: any person accessing or using the Site and the services offered
Service: rental of boats, excursions, and other maritime activities, whether sports-related or not, provided by Quark Experience
Contract: the agreement between the user and Quark Experience for the purchase of services

2. Purpose of the Contract
Quark Experience offers rental services for sports equipment, boats, excursions, and sea tours in Sicily. Information about experiences, pricing, and booking conditions is provided on the Site.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the service.

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and an email confirmation is sent by Quark Experience.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the user:

Up to 7 days before the booked date: full refund
From 6 to 3 days before: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before: no refund

Cancellation by Quark Experience:

In case of bad weather or other force majeure events, Quark Experience may offer a new date or a full refund.

No-show: if the user does not show up at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.

Follow instructions from Quark Experience staff

The user is responsible for any damages caused to boats, equipment, or third parties.

In the event of technical issues, Quark Experience reserves the right to replace the boat with one of equal or greater value.
